Production Process

Yardem produces single and multi-layer films by means of using raw materials such as LDPE, HDPE, MDPE, PAPE, CPP and BOPP. The flexo printing of the produced films provides a range of 8 colours and these films are converted into rolls and nylon bags at the sections of slicing and cutting.

Extrusion: This is the phase where plastic raw material is enriched by means of using some chemical supplements and is converted into single or multi-layer films.

Flexo Printing: This is the phase where graphic design, cyrel cliche and "8 colours" printing steps are performed.

Lamination: This is the phase where more than one film or material are combined together.

Cutting, perforation and slicing: The films are sliced in desired sizes and then micro, macro or laser perforation is applied after the determination of an  appropriate perforation technique according to the purpose of their usages.

At the end of this process the final shape of the film is given and the following steps are applied optionally: Bellow, cover, lock, punchout, open-reseal bands (that can be seamed), or security bands.

Shipment: Yardem, which prepares their products meticulously at every stage of the production according to the quality control criteria, also pays the same attention for the shipment processes as well.
